Corporate and real estate operations
Corporate operations are those that range from the moment of the constitution of the company, until the final moment of its dissolution and liquidation.
Among others: increase and dissolution of social capital, making contributions to the company, transfer of residence or registered office, change of corporate purpose, etc.
In real estate operations, legal acts of real importance are carried out, that is, there is an alteration of the existing rights over the properties, such as property rights, usufruct rights or mortgage guarantees, among others. In these operations the Notary intervenes in necessary collaboration with Property Registrars or the real estate Cadastre.
Inheritances, wills and donations
The succession title will be the testament or the declaration of intestate heirs.
The will guarantees the testator the destination of his assets and rights once he dies. Spanish and European legislation establishes a regulatory framework that must be complied with.
By means of a deed of donation, they are transmitted free of charge, that is, without the donee having to pay or pay any consideration in exchange, goods or rights from one person to another. There is the possibility of setting various conditions according to the wishes of the transmitting person.
The minutes are notarial documents in which the Notary attests to facts and circumstances that he witnesses, knows or considers accredited.

DonJose Yeray Molinillo SuarezHe is a Notary of Adeje, a position he has held since February 2015. His curriculum includes, in addition to the Law Degree, the Extraordinary End-of-Career Award, a Master's Degree in Business Taxation with Escoex, Senior Business Management Program, or consultancy of the economic interest group La Flor de Lys. He is also a member of the Spanish Association of Tax Advisors and has been distinguished with the Order of Rizal, for his collaboration with the Government of the Philippines.
Mrs. Alba Aula Méndez, a native of Valle Gran Rey, La Gomera, graduated in Law from the University of La Laguna, where she was recognized with the Extraordinary End of Degree Award. He finished his university studies, and automatically began to prepare for the public examination for the title of Notary Public, which he managed to pass in two and a half years, at the age of 24. She has been awarded the Cross of San Raimundo de Peñafort for her merits in legal studies, and since 2018 she has been a Notary Public and actively collaborates with the General Directorate of Registries and Notaries.
